Mid-80's Big East was sweet.

Fwiw, most CBB this year has been fairly bad, outside of a few games.

Big east teams always had an advantage in tourney, because they were used to being raped, tackled, held, grabbed all game.

so when tourney came, they would take advantage, or get in foul trouble immediately.

UConn played Arkansas earlier this year and I was surprised how awful they were. The college basketball landscape has changed a bit.

Why the hell is Georgetown playing their first competitive game on December 16th. Their schedule is atrocious.

College hoops has been a generally bad product since going straight from HS to the NBA became really popular. The one and done rule doesn't help because teams don't really build anymore.

It’s gotten a little better in the last 3-4 years IMO. I’m not sure if the 30 second shot clock has helped. It seems like it. I thought they would have changed it to 4 quarters by now. It seemed like they were testing it out in the women’s game.

I like how Georgetown is wearing the mid 80’s look. Too bad Syracuse didn’t. Do miss this being a Big Monday game though.

Friend of mine's kid is at Georgetown. He was hoping he might see some decent basketball before he graduates. It's not looking great.

30 sec clock has hurt but today is not the day. They need to go back to 45. But coaches over coach during games.

They need to take that kid out. He could have a concussion.
