"Failed to complete her job". read the article. He had promised her X amount of dollars to paint a mural of him on a wall in his house. When she was down on her knees painting a lower part of the mural, he walked behind her, naked, wearing only a hand towel over his crotch. She immediately turned away and he got closer to the back of her head. Finally, after she refused to respond, he cursed her and walked away. He stopped calling her to come over to finish the mural, so she stopped painting. Calling his texts "non intimidating or illegal" is taking them totally out of the context of their relationship and all that had gone on.
