Well until Woj says that the only team he’ll sign a new deal with is LA, you move forward fielding as many offers as you can. They’ll have more offers available in July.

If the Knicks give you a godfather offer tomorrow, sure, take it. But until then, I’d wait until Boston can enter discussions.

You need two to tango. We know LAL will assuredly. The more it gets strung out the more other teams will force Davis to give an answer about committing before they offer anything.
Banking on forming a super team in NYK is risky. A lot of moving parts to that.
Boston could happen but if he's not willing to sign there you aren't getting Tatum. Maybe a deal centered around Hayward, Jaylen Brown and some picks. Kyrie would have to re-up.
Look i dont want Dell anywhere near this deal, but trading Davis before this year's deadline offers the most leverage for the Pels. Teams will be willing to give more because they have 2 runs with Davis.

The man average 10/7/7 as a rookie. Hoops iq gonna be on the harden / Chris Paul / lebron level when he gets a few years under him. Will triple double with his eyes closed. And his team offense will def be better than a Westbrook offense bc of his understanding of the game.

I just don't think the market gets better during the summer when teams lose a half a season to woo him too.
