Article with some interesting stats and facts. LINK

Tebow's career completion percentage of 47.1 in the NFL is well below modern standards. But completion percentage is only one small part of the story and not a very meaningful one at that.

frick whatever stats they think are important to make Tebow look good. He cant score 20 points in a game and will not be relevant for long.

We'll see what happens when the Denver defense starts to struggle.

That was a good read.....frick the haters!

Well of course they will just back to being the losers they once were..
Denver is still a pretty horrific team, but that's exactly why Tebow should have been playing from day one.
I am pretty impressed with Von Miller tho. The guy is a leader too. He's gonna be a great one.

quote:Oh look someone else attributing tebow for the play of Denver's defense. That and they've played against shitty QBs.
Put most simply, Tebow consistently outplays the other team's quarterback

That Denver OC deserves a big pay raise. Changing the offense completely in the middle of the season to suit Tebow is nothing short of incredible.

Philip rivers is not a "shitty QB" regardless of this year being down.

I get a kick out of the sheer quantity and volume of venom spewed at Tebow. Analysts absolutely HATE him, as do many MSB'ers. I mean, it's hatred usually reserved for guys who have done something awful.
I don't think Tebow's success is sustainable, but that doesn't mean I'm not enjoying the hell out of it. In fact, I feel sorry for people who can't enjoy this on the grounds that it is not sustainable. That's precisely why you should enjoy it now. We're watching an NFL team win by essentially running the option. It's crazy.

I've been saying this, and people claim that I "hate" the guy.

It was fun to watch when Atlanta won some games with it in 2006, as well.

You were cheering for the Jets to shut him out that's why people think you hate him. I don't know if you hate him, but it's quite clear you're not enjoying the success he's having.

I was cheering for that because I'm not enjoying the media frenzy and the fanboys, and I want both the media and fanboys like you to shut the frick up.
Totally different.
And I've stated time and again, I utterly despise the current narrative, which is perpetuated by the media and fanboys like you.
The BRONCOS are winning games, not Tebow is winning games.

So you'd rather the media frenzy and the haters who say he's the worst QB of all-time? Because in reality that's what we hear when he loses.
And what qualifies someone as a fanboy? Cheering for him? I admit I like to see him play well and win, but I can't recall one time where I said he was a great or even good QB. Haven't credited him for the Denver success or anything like that.

I'd rather the media give credit where it's due, and not make the Broncos the biggest story. I'd rather there not be a Tebow update daily.

Crediting him with being the main reason behind Denver's success. Claiming that he's "just a winner". Calling people "doubters" or "haters" when they point out that he's not a good NFL QB.

Im pretty sure You wont Find 1 post where I used one of those bullshite cliches.

I don't mind him being a big story because, well, it IS a big story. Tebow's success is the most remarkable thing happening in football right now -- it is completely antithetical to everything we "know" about football as well, which makes it even more interesting.
