I think the answer is quite obvious. When you are a dynamic playmaker and you’re not afraid to feed your teammates the ball, you’re gonna have turnovers. Of course you can always play it safe which brings me to another point. When the league as a whole has never had a dynamic facilitator of the basketball, then league as a whole will lack the instinct and anticipation to catch and finish.. imagine dropping a Stockton, or a Magic or a Jason Williams on a team or in a league where no dynamic facilitators of the ball ever existed. It would look ugly until guys elevated their game
