well not to get technical, but in terms of criminal law, the gun/drugs scenario is almost assuredly "worse" (at least here in LA)

I might be fuzzy on the details but I seem to remember that this girl was talking all sorts of crap to him at a bar or something and he went off and smoked her with one shot to the face. Is that correct? Or was it something even worse?
