It wasn't a dirty play, obviously he wasn't trying to hurt him. They went knee to knee, Beverly could just have easily been hurt, it's just unfortunate for Russ. It's sort of chicken shite to go for the steal as he's signaling a TO but i see guys do that all the time in the league and there is rarely contact. i don't think he meant to run into him the way he did.

I do not think Beverly was intentionally trying to hurt him by any means, however it was a wreck less player being wreck less. And the result was a top 15 player getting hurt. Who happens to be one of the toughest in the league.
