I do declare this Texas team put me on my 17th or 18th Heart Attack of the Season tonight. Probably won't live through Tuesday.

Either way, this person saying Texas could have only won 2 regionals is fricking retarded.

Well LSU will just take care of business, so you should still be alive come Tuesday night.

I haven't followed Texas at all this year, what makes everyone so confident that LSU will steamroll them and/or win it in 2?

bc they are fricking lsu and everyone that has said that is an lsu fan.

in reality, has lsu looked much better? yes
will lsu win? probably
is it on fricking lock down in a 2 game sweep? no

Because LSU will throw Ross in game 2. Coleman wins game 1. Ranaudo wins game 3. LSU national champs.

hey roughneck, the only thing that worries me about Texas is kinda significant...they find a way to win even when they shouldn't.

it's going to be a great series to watch

I can't figure out what Augie is doing with his team late in the game, maybe, passing a bottle around to get them relaxed? It's working.

So are you going to pitch for LSU? Because that's about the only way LSU will be serving up 75mph fastballs for two homeruns in the bottom of the 9th.

+1. The only regional they could have won, other than the one they were in was the Louisville Regional.

Waah?

They just went through a College World Series bracket undefeated, which consisted of 3 teams that won regionals.

If it were LSU winning like this, everyone would talk about how gritty they are. Kinda like last year's team. Texas has found a way to win. Impressive wins don't count anymore than ugly wins. See Pittsburgh Steelers.

Finally some sense on this thread. Add in the supers and that's 4 teams. Same # as LSU..... the more you know!

im not gonna sit here and say texas isnt good because they are. but if the roles were flipped, if texas was playing like lsu and we were playing like ya'll, i'd be worried bout my tigers. its pretty hard to deny we are playing some of the best baseball ever seen right now.
