I think they lose by about 80. They hold the ball longer when they have it in the half court game and knock down enough 3's to only lose by 80.

But a team doesn't HAVE to play like that.
Take the Olympics for example... some international teams can compete even though they don't have any players that can break down team USA one-on-one. They have to rely on team basketball and lots of outside 3-point shooting.
That's how the white Americans would have to play.

The all NBA team would have superiority in every quantifiable category, physical measures, athleticism, skill...the only thing they may have in their favor would be coaching which is not part of the given scenario. In a one and done game where they can go 100% the entire time with no consequence, it would be complete and utter domination.

Yes, anybody who knows what they are talking about take them +30. That is not a bigger mismatch than Heat vs Bucks/76ers right now and they don't get near +30.
It's really not that bad of a mismatch. White team would win every now and then.
