What role (in the cheating scandal) did Beltran have with the Yankees in the few years before he joined the Astros?
For example, I've read that he was a big part of the Astros cheating in '17 and that he brought over some things the Yankees were doing. However, I don't think that I've seen the Yankees implicated directly in those years.

There are indications other teams did so as well. One National League general manager expressed a feeling that it was fair game.
