Uh-huh. What about Roger Staubach’s?

He was a contemporary of Stabler’s, finished his career with a lower completion percentage, fewer yards, fewer TDs, and is still regarded as one of the greatest QBs to ever play the game.

Thru first 6 games of their careers

QB A - 1617 yards 6 tds 4 ints 65% completion, rating of 83.2 with a record of 1-4-1

QB B - 1472 yards 7 tds 6 ints 71% completion, rating of 89.6 with a record of 2-4

I bet your fat arse thought QB A was amazing last year too didn’t you.

The obsession with Alabama struggles in the NFL feeds a lot of losers on this board.

New England has far more pressing issues than their QB.

Are you discrediting Bama for Hurts, while at the same time crediting LSU for Burrow?

In a mythical land where the truth mattered more than winning arguments for one’s side, both Ohio State and LSU would get credit for preparing Burrow for the NFL, and both Bama and OU for Hurts.

You know you've dominated a conference for a long time when the best opposing fans can do is "look at how they suck in the NFL!"

Staubach played five fewer seasons than Stabler and wasn't even considered the every down quarterback until later in his career. Hell, Staubach missed 4 or 5 seasons that would've been right in the middle of his prime.

Stabler was the best qb from Bama. Namath image is what got him into the HOF. Alabama, besides LSU, is where qbs go to die in the NFL

I’m an LSU fan, and this thread sucks.

I would bet that every other position that have been drafted out of Bama has done just fine.... But you want to focus on one. There are 3 Bama QB's starting in the NFL. Name another school that has that.

Also Saban is the only coach out there that has had a first round draft pick at every position on the field.
