Excuse me for wanting to see some more of that conversation. For all we know that’s a gangster way to say a man is starting to threaten me and my life.

I assume Miller answered back. He might have said “Aw hell yeah fam, we takin’ one out tonight!” Or maybe he asked for clarification and Miles lied and made it seem like a serious self defense situation.

I’d like to see their conversation.

And for you to say a “a DA wouldn’t want negative attention”, the Louisiana DA let off Bama players on easy drug and weapons charges because “they were working hard outside in the AC”
This is peanuts in comparison. I doubt they received much backlash too. And now you’re just using confirmation bias to explain the actions of DAs any which way you’d like.

Of course. Because when this happens you stay on site and wait for your friend to drive to you instead of just, oh I don’t know, leaving

Bro, you wiped away any change to ever make fun of another fanbase again

You have gone toothless fan level here

What vindication are you expecting? That Miller was actually just a good person in all of this?

Form the Bama board

Miller is about to make more money off defamation of character and libel lawsuits than he will in his rookie contract. There’s some folks about to get taken to the cleaners.

The only litigation I might see Miller being involved in is a wrongful death lawsuit brought against him by the victims family

Idk if he’s a good person or not. Kinda seems like he is, but you never know.

I have a feeling enough will come out in the texts and video and dash cam stuff that people will realize Miller didn’t get orders to assist in a murder and then block a vehicle in order to carry out that murder.

I agree. He will civilly get sued, but I would imagine the DA won’t charge him in exchange for his testimony and cooperation

But man oh man I hope Bama keeps playing him. Finally getting 100% of the national media to put a bullseye on them

Why do you want Alabama to keep playing him if it’s clear he is a criminal?

Because it makes y’all look as bad as possible

The only way Miller could be exonerated from the court of common decency and still belong at the university, is if his return text said something along the lines of

“Miles, I’m coming back to take you home. We need to leave this mess alone”

I guess you can hope and pray to the heavens above that’s what he said

Wouldn’t you want Alabama to play him knowing full well it is morally acceptable? You don’t care about the accuracy of the hot takes towards Miller or the actual murder itself. Just want Alabama to look bad no matter what that takes?

Millers attorney would have released those texts yesterday

They don’t exist

Miller is a more shitty and involved version of Ray Lewis. Neither charged, but will be used to help the prosecution

Absolves neither of being a huge piece of shite

Dude I actually thought you were getting too much heat until that one text came out.

Yes, context will matter and while legally speaking he might be fine, that text makes him more likely to be at a minimum a POS than not.

I think the reactions of the Alabama fanbase can be considered an indictment on fandom in general.

If I saw this conversation in any other context other than people defending one of their student athletes, I’d think I was talking to insane people. Only because I know how fandom makes people act does this conversation even make sense to me.

You guys need to snap out of it and realize you don’t have to circle the wagons every time someone associated with the university acts enormously stupid and morally dubious, at best.

I am certainly catching too much heat.

Miller surely responded. I’d like to see what their conversation was like. I’d like to think Miller wasn’t down with doing a murder and was under the impression that this was a serious self defense situation OR that he just really wanted to get this dude his stupid gun back and out of his vehicle.

Either way, we’ll find out.

And this is basketball. Imagine 1) what has been covered up over the years for the football team and 2) what the reaction would be if something like this came out.

Anyone who has observed the dude would say he seems like a good dude.

Y’all are ridiculous.
