Then go tell it to Ohio State, Georgia, BAMA, TAMU, LSU. We are all doing it wrong, or you're simply a moron. Decisions, decisions.

You're going to argue that LSU has been successfully recruiting high school quarterbacks to support your point?

You might be retarded. I'm going to stop discussing this with you because you're too dumb for your own good.

Also, no one has said why he was fired.

Your AD did. Can you read?

Can you comprehend? He said absolutely nothing about any specifics in his tweet, other than some type of violation was committed that affected the standard.

You may not be aware, but your rush to judgment definitely shows a certain emotional predisposition toward a certain bias.

He clearly stated why he was fired. You said no reason for his firing was given.

Your AD has already passed judgement. When he fired him. The only bias on display is yours. You can continue to try and obfuscate but several facts are already known.

I was assured by Bama fans just yesterday that this was nothing more than a misunderstanding

Link?

No one knew what happened, but no one said it was a potential misunderstanding.

ETA: From a post on the Tiger Rant:

quote:

My nephews best friend is a current Bama baseball commit. He was told that a player on the team bet on Bama to lose the Friday game against LSU after Bama scratched their starter 45 minutes before first pitch. Coach Brad Bohanan got word of it but never reported it and now he got axed. That's the true story

Fire Saban. Immediately.

Sounds like they have some lack of institutional control going on.

I'm no Bama fan but I thought it was some weird misunderstanding... but not anymore.

If they've been recruiting so well, why did they need to go to the portal for another QB?

FWIW, the Bama pitcher from Ohio that people are “linking” as potentially the one involved is from Cleveland area, not Cincinnati. Doesn’t mean he couldn’t have HS friends that go to UC or Xavier or something, but seems not as clear cut as if he was from the Cincinnati area.

Why would we want to fire Saban? He’s trash. He can’t beat Kelly.

There seems to be some stuff pointing directly back at Bohannon. He used to coach at Kentucky. He may have his own people in Cincy.

A person familiar with the Alabama baseball investigation told ESPN that there’s no reason to believe any student atheltes are involved in the baseball betting situation that resulted in the head coach’s dismissal.

Bet placed in Ohio. Connected to Alabama. Not a player.

Who isn’t a player and has connection to the state of Ohio and the University of Alabama? Hmmmm

If Alabama residents went into a lab to create a baseball coach, this is exactly what they’d come up with
