It's fun to ignore LeBron was 18 when he joined the league while MJ was 21. Those 3 extra years of development are meaningless!

People forget just how well that Mavs team gelled, though. And MJ never faced a big like Dirk.

Most disrespected title winner ever SMH. Won 57 games even w/Dirk and Caron Butler going down mid season. Whipped the 2 time defending Lakers led by Kobe, crushed OKC w/Durant/Harden/Westbrook/Ibaka, and systematically neutered LeBron by throwing a different defensive look at him every single time down the floor via switches, zone, and straight up man.

Y’all also ignore that Lebron had 3 more years to reach all those “youngest to” milestones

but I guarantee Jordan wouldn’t have allowed someone to be on the floor that didn’t know the score/situation in crunch time of game 1. Jordan had his guys prepared

Also beat a feisty Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge duo in the 1st.

And I had to do a double take at the 1st page. Ol Tbird said something positive (ish) about the Mavs. What a glorious day.

The fact that there's 47 threads on here every day telling us why MJ is better than LBJ is telling

In response to the 47 Lebron threads. It becoming argument instead of a discussion is hilarious.

It isn’t

You can falsely try and act like it is though in order to justify your actions if you would like

Kobe was right in saying to build one up you have to tear one down. Fans just need to enjoy Lebron while he's still elite. There'll never be an official "who's better than who" unless Jesus tells us.

I grew up in MJ's era. That's how I know how much people romaticize the level of competition then.

So did I. That’s how I know how you’re wrong.

I think some of you would blow Jordan if you had the chance.

Marginal human being whose contribution to society is that he played a GAME at the very highest level.

We get it already.

Why do we keep pretending winning the East is some great accomplishment. What team did Lebron heat that was so much more talented?

You are part of the problem FYI. Stop acting like one side is more opinionated than the other bc both extremes are a bunch of figs.

It's pretty pathetic when they destroy their own arguments

I never did this.
This is a Jordan thread so I responded to the post.

Both sides are whiners. The difference is that one guy is relevant today because he is still playing and the other guy is totally irrelevant.

I don’t like either of them.
