Nothing about men makes them better basketball officials.
Coaches I think there Is an arguement that the men’s game is different and playing it helps. As well as relating to players.

I have no problems with allowing more women to have opportunities to get into refereeing or even coaching. Qualified women should be given consideration for these positions.
Trying to force women into these positions for a quota to have 50-50 is an absolutely terrible idea. Women referees are not a problem, and I see no reason as to why they could not do the job well. On the other hand I just can't see a woman coach being successful. Sure, there are women out there who knows the game just as well as men. The issue is 50% of coaching is gaining and commanding respect of your team. I just don't see that happening.
