Listen I wanna be optimistic he'll get jail time but our court systems are an utter joke when a rich person is involved. OJ simpson had
1)unscrewed the light in his bronco so nobody would see him pulling up
2)a custom made shoe print was left at the scene of the murder, the same shoe was in his closet
3)a plethora of other things
and he walked, Rich people get a fraction of what you or I would get.

i seriously doubt the defense attorneys will have much of a defense formulated without knowing what evidence the state has against AH

it's not only a professional courtesy to the attorney (remember, this prosecutor didn't just meet this guy), but with all this publicity you're just intentionally creating a circus. that's not good for anybody (prosecution or defense)
