An INT, no TDs and two lost fumbles
Played fine during the game though.

You obviously watched a different game. He was 18/41. He never set his feet on his throws and they were sailing over WRs heads. He looked like the old inaccurate Cam from the past few years. That's was the difference this year. He was actually hitting those throws all year.

He's had quite the morning on here

I put a stick of butter in the microwave for an hour earlier, and it almost melted as much as you are right now

You realize the eras are different right and how dumb that sounds right?
Cam's first 5 years are better than Manning's, Brady's, AND Brees' first 5 years as starters. All 3 are first-ballot HOF'ers.
Hell, Blake Bortles AND Derek Carr have better two year starts than those three HOF'ers statistically.

This goes to show you anybody who uses straight stats only as HOF measurements , should ha e ther credibility questioned. It's damn near flag football these days. A few decades ago, you had MMA fights between WR's & DB's damn near every snap.
7 on 7's now
ETA: we are lucky they are so generous to allow a pass rush still

Completely Irrelevant.
It's not really irrelevant at all considering the topic.

You sure want badly for saints fans to hate Newton for owning the Saints
I don't care what you think about him.

but he has far from owned the Saints. He's .500 against us when we have our coach
Moral victory? I mean he took over the worst team in the league with two established upper tier QBs in their primes and he has won more division titles than both of them combined. Cam's doing alright.

He was 18/41.
5 drops and about 5-6 times he had to throw it away under pressure.
He was inaccurate on probably 4-5 throws.
It wasn't his best game but it was a low B high C given the defense he was facing.

He never set his feet on his throws
I wonder why that was? I mean I'm sure it had nothing to do with the fact he was under pressure more than any other QB in Super Bowl history save one.
Despite it all they lost the game because they couldn't catch simple passes or make fundamental plays on special teams.

So you hold the INT against him when it was on a perfectly placed pass 20+ yards down the field that went right through his receivers hands and would have set his team up inside the 15 yard line?
I mean I get you hate Cam, but it doesn't mean you have to be a moron.

i think most people on here just want the auburn panther fans to admit the guy acted like a little kid on the biggest sports stage ever.

And pressures are part of the game, is it not? Rodgers and Brees KILL defenses even when under pressure, especially Rodgers.

A lot were inaccurate...

It was a C at best, he did nothing to help his team offensively. Pass rush got to him, but he struggled to make routine passes from this season throughout the game.

Division titles are next to worthless which is why I advocate elimination of divisions in the NFL and MLB.

I've said plenty of times he didn't do himself any favors with the fumble thing (whatever happened there), getting mad at the ref, and the press conference. He should have handled all those things differently.
I'm only talking about on field performance and the people acting like he was terrible when he gave his team plenty of chances to take the lead and probably ultimately win the game despite being under immense pressure all night.

It was not a good game by cam. His press conference after the game was horrible for him. I get the fact that he was upset over losing. But he wanted all the attention up until the sb then he should have been man enough to take the heat when things went bad. He acted like a spoiled brat. Zero class from him after the game. He will bounce back and I am sure he will lead this team to another sb at some point.

Ryan: 2008, 2012
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you meant since he's come into the league. Still attributing division titles to one player when the Panthers have been among the best in total defense during this three year span is a little short-sighted.
Cam has been successful and impressive. But yall are gonna be waiting a while before you get that close again so I hope you enjoyed the Cam-eo

How did Rodgers do this year when his OL broke down?
Which couch did Drew Brees watch the Super Bowl from?
It wasn't like he got pressured a couple of times, it was a historic level of ineptitude up front for the Panthers/dominance by Miller and Ware.

Thought of Elway too scrambling for TD not worried about contact, getting sandwiched and helicoptering in the EZ from the hit
I may be wrong, but I don't think he went into the endzone with this carry. I think he was down at like the 4. Still great effort though.
