This is his second year and the QB is hurt. The Jaguars made the SWAC title game in Graves' first season, finishing 8-5 overall and 7-1 in the conference. They are 1-6 this year. Obviously not great this season but no giving him much margin for error

Brad Davis would be a natural fit. Has a game of HC experience under his belt.

He and his predecessor only got 2 seasons. Wonder if they try to get in on the big name ex-athlete craze, try to get Marshall Faulk out of Colorado.

Is Roman Banks the problem?

Theyve been getting crushed this year

And 4 games with 101 passing yards or less, three of which where they were losing big and would need to throw

Now you see how FSU fans felt when there was a thread on here yesterday with the subject "Per Peter Thamel - Norvell officially fired" only to have it be about Jay Norvell at Colorado State
