I've got a box of assorted collar stays with some enormous stays. Always wondered what kind of collar would need it. Now I know.

76ers president Bryan Colangelo has been actively reaching out to individuals mentioned in those burner accounts, insisting that he isn't responsible for those tweets, league sources tell ESPN. Sixers probe is underway in aftermath of The Ringer story.

If it wasn't Colangelo or an immediate family member, I think it becomes even weirder.

Unless they can determine that the tweets were sent from the same computer or IP address, there isn’t much they can do unless Colangelo admits to it.

odds are he has a company phone they can analyze

Then my money is on some nutty Philly fan who set the whole thing up and then sent the tip. The coincidences and planning would still be amazing though

I just don’t see how it couldn’t be Colangelo. The inside info, the shots at Hinkie, the shots at guys that were drafted by Hinkie, the Toronto connection, and of course the insecurity regarding those ridiculous collars lol

And the fact that all the accounts went private the same day The Ringer tried to question the Sixers about this. And the only person that was asked about it was Colangelo

Yeah the lengths someone would have to go to just to sound like him, especially the Chicago U games. That would be just too crazy.

I think the obvious conclusion is right in front of our eyes. Plus they've confirmed one of the accounts.

We need someone to take some educated guesses at these Gmail accounts.

That's the most damning evidence. Everything else could be explained with a little creativity.

i'm pretty sure that NBA players have to sign HIPAA waivers/authorizations, just due to the nature of the business

The NFL doesn’t, Peyton Manning cited the HIPPA law when he had his neck injury with the Colts. If any medical info he turned over to the Colts(employer) went public the organization would have been liable.

Manning in the PC said that he didn’t know what HIPPA was put his lawyers said it was good thing. It was the day after A Foster but his X-rays on Twitter.

Am I crazy for thinking the asterisks should be random and not one for each character in the email?

I thought about that last night.

But in February, The Ringer reached out to Philly to ask if 2 of the 5 burner accounts were Colangelo's, that same day the other 3 changed from public to private.

I just don't know how to reconcile that.
