Unless the guy is prosecuted for his speech or works for the government and has a detrimental action taken against him, the first amendment isn’t implicated.
The first only protects against government actions regarding speech, not those of individuals or private entities. You do not have a right to say whatever you want to an individual consequence free. That’s not “free speech.”
People badly need to learn what the first amendment means.
