Do they play the Canadian anthem at Vikings, Seahawks and Lions games? Do the Toronto Argonauts and other CFL teams near the border play the American anthem?

Yeah the proximity of Toronto and size of Western NY as a market make it a no brainer. I know there is a sizable portion of Canadian season ticket holders for the Bills, along with just the regular fans

The Buffalo Bills actually played one regular-season home game per year in Toronto, Canada (rather than two), as part of the "Bills Toronto Series" running from 2008 to 2013.
The Bills went 1–5 in regular-season games across the border.
Termination: The series was suspended in 2014 and officially canceled later that year by new owners Terry and Kim Pegula to keep all home games in Buffalo.
Buffalo Bills fans on Reddit generally consensus that they disliked losing a home game to Toronto during those years, though the team still maintains a strong regional fan base in Southern Ontario.
