This line stinks more than unranked UNC -2.5 vs #8 8-0 wake forest a few weeks ago.

Ohio State beat Nebraska by 9 points.

That's their worst loss of the year.

Sounds like a line a degenerate gambler like Pete Rose should jump on.

Iowa qb out

Or at least that line suggests he won’t be playing

Reminds of Purdue under Joe Tiller. From 2002-2004 they lost 15 games. 13 of the 15 were either by four points or less or in overtime.

Nebraska's Qb is out as well.

They might actually pull it off now.

iowa should still have more to play for. they can still make the big 10 championship game with a wisco loss.

UNC covered that line. I wouldn't be surprised if Nebraska covers this one too. These teams are very evenly matched but Iowa had a ridiculous, unsustainable turnover margin early in the season that has started to correct itself as the season has gone along.

You’d put Alabama in a group with Nebraska?

I’m going to go ahead and not believe you.

Nebraska is the best 3-8 team in the history of college football.

This is a huge point. I think they're still top 5 in that stat, even with the natural correction. Meanwhile, Nebraska is ranked in the 90s in regards to turnover margin. Iowa is also one of the least penalized teams in the nation.

I think Nebraska is probably the more talented team, but I wouldn't put it past them to find a new and unusual way to gag away a close game.

For what it's worth, Spencer Petras was replaced by Alex Padilla before he got injured. He's back on the depth chart, but still behind Padilla.
