Most of it is young? We might only have 2 senior starters but they have 5 home runs between them. Juniors and seniors had 10 rbi’s tonight. Pitching staff is mostly juniors, 3 of which have State Championship game experience. Lineup from top to bottom has home run power. No freshmen, 4 sophomores. You can fool yourself if you want, but this team doesn’t fall into the “talented, but young” category.

Lost yesterday to Catholic(BR) 5-1. Got no hit. CCA only had 4 Ks so they put the ball in play just right at them.
With all the recent bad talk about umpires, I can say these 2 guys did a great job. Home plate umpire was consistent both ways and field umpire didn’t miss a call. CCA just got beat. 48 regular season win streak over the last 3 years came to an end. The good thing about this loss is it’s the regular season and they get to play Belle Chasse today.

WM comes back from 4-0 in the 7th to win 5-4 in 9 over Central. Play St. Thomas More after another game in between. Not sure who plays the in between game.

STM puts up a fight, scoring 4 in the 7th. Comes up short. WM hags on 9-7 finishing the Trey Altick 3-1. WM heads down south next week to the BR area for a tourney. WM will play Dutchtown Thursday, St Amant Friday, Prairieville and Brother Martin Saturday. Hate we play BM 4th.

Dutchtown I think will have their #2 guy Tunnard pitching based on pitching schedule. think their #1 is pitching Tuesday against Central.

BM gets U High on Wed, Dutchtown on Fri, and Live Oak on Sat. The schedule says they also play Prairieville on Sat but I'd much rather it be WM.

we have different definitions, yall dont have a ton of senior starters and your most talented players overall are underclassman in the ridiculous soph and freshman classes.
point with the comment was....yall will only get better as the season goes along. As in like last year, i would expect yall to be playing your best ball at the end of the season
but not surprising someone from moss bluff would take a compliment as a swipe
