I thought it was a clear foul, and then the ball went out off the Illinois players calf, but that shouldn’t have mattered. But since they didn’t call the foul live they only had the OOB call to review.

What a stupid and unnecessary review. Should have taken 3 seconds, not 3 minutes. Stop giving teams free timeouts.
