IMSA is not a top level series when the top GTP drivers cant get a good Indycar or if they do

The next time I see Formula 1 and IMSA drivers Button, Massa, Nasr, Rosjean etc etc etc I'll let them know you think they suck.

Button and MAsa are almost 50.

Nasr tested an Indycar a bunch of times and was never offered a full time ride because he wanst good enough.

Grosjean has washed out of Indycar and is currently a reserve driver for one of the worst teams on the Grid (Prema)

So , my point stands

If there is one sport more anonymous than IMSA its NHRA

Also, NHRA buys their time from Fox- Fox doesnt pay NHRA, so i doubt they GAF.

Drag racing is also not real racing , its time trials

Lots of new paint schemes for contenders this weekend at Sebring.

The #3 and #4 Corvettes are going #redwhiteandblue for this iconic American race this weekend.

The #60 and #93 Acuras will have new paint schemes as well.

The #24 and #25 BMWs will also have new paint schemes to celebrate 50 years of racing in North America.

AO Racing and the #77 Porsche (Rexy) are in some hot water for some comments made on a fan's Instagram. Here is the original comment they made:

There was, predictably, some loud outcry regarding this messaging. Teeth on cars have been around for years.

Here is their response:

Other Sebring news and notes:
- The 85 Porsche has not announced a third driver.
- Alex Palou will be driving the 93 Acura for Meyer Shank.
- Scott Dixon will be driving the 60 Acura for Meyer Shank.
- James Hinchliffe will be driving the 9 Lamborghini for Pfaff.
- Kyle Kirkwood will be driving the 14 Lexus (she's a tractor) for Vasser Sullivan.
- Last year, the Acura won GTP, but the winning team and its drivers now drive a Cadillac.

Oh wait, I know who this Willow person is. I found her in my Twitter feed a few years ago. She's a racing fan, mostly F1 I think. She makes incredibly detailed and functional models and costumes for cosplay using 3D printing and traditional techniques. A very talented and creative person who understands about being original. It was kind of a mistake to pick on her.

The #23 Aston Martin Valkyrie in blue for this weekend's 12 Hours of Sebring.

The #25 BMW will look sharp paying homage to a BMW from 50 years ago.

This brings back memories. When I was a kid, I was at Gemco with my mom, and I found a Tamiya 1/12 BMW 3.0 CSL race car that looked like this. It was open box and the price was just $7 (I don't think anything was missing or damaged) so it was easy enough to convince my mom to buy this huge box. For a kid, a 1/12 scale car was enormous. It was like Christmas.

I googled around but I can't find any reference to a vintage Tamiya 1/12 kit of this car unfortunately. But I'm pretty sure it was Tamiya.

What I would give for one of those old CSLs. Hell, I'd take a basic E9.

Here we go! Lots of foreign cars at the front. Let’s hope our ‘Murican bros and manufacturers can pull it out.

Yeah, those E30 M3s are amazing. Worth a pretty penny these days, too.

LMP2 has been a train wreck today, but whatever, #24 BMW is back in the lead.
