There goes my 4 set prediction
Sinner completely folded and now he may not be able to mentally recover in the 5th. The robot hasn't really been challenged and Alcaraz just leveled up. But make no mistake, this wasn't what Alacaraz did. Sinner collapsed.

Is it crazy to say that Sinner is playing at a level never seen before?

Is it a stamina issue? They just showed the matches over 4 hours stat him being 0fer

I think Joker was more complete in his prime but those groundstrokes from Sinner were like missiles for a while. It was like a Disney underdog movie watching Carlos gut check himself and rally.
The mental strength that Carlos just showed is inspiring as hell.

Had a lot to do with what Alvarez did.

Nah, watch those points again. Sinner choked. Those weren't some amazing Alcaraz points.
Now though, its all Alcaraz mixed with some serious fatigue for Sinner.

6-1 or 6-2 incoming. This is over, congrats to Alacaraz. Sinner is going to have to go back to the drawing board b/c he completely blew this match. Credit to Alcaraz but for how dominant sinner has been, he was extremely pedestrian at the crucial moments in the last 3 sets of this match.
Also he needs to work on getting some first serves in. His 1st serve % has not been good the last 2 rounds.

I wouldn’t be shocked to see Sinner retire from the match soon. He’s broken mentally and physically now.
