oh it's pure copium. kinda like merc in 2022 and the magical upgrades that never seemed to work. can't wait to see how the bootleg mclaren tyre cooling works

I wasn't familiar with this term beyond RPM, so I looked it up, and apparently it's common British slang. And I found this poll:

Alonso's drought is due to his horrid career moves (McLaren, Alpine, Team Stroll) not his skill or motivation. It's almost like he sought out the worst teams. Very strange.

Alonso is just going through the motions this year. He’s waiting on the Adrian Newey designed Honda powered Aston that’s coming next year.

Surely Lawrence would tell his son to find another series before Alonso. If he is serious about winning he would. Max and Fernando are pretty good friends, have talked about sharing a car for Lemans in the future.

Lawrence knows that they don't really have a shot unless they have the fastest car.
Until they build a car capable of winning the title there is no pressure to put the problem on the drivers.
If Aston hit 2026 with the fastest car and the driver is the issue he will be forced to act.
