Red Bull having shitty strategy to end the race doesn’t excuse the stewards refusing to meaningfully penalize verstappen, again.
There have been 10 second penalties given this year for legitimate racing actions that arguably shouldn’t have even penalized.
Verstappen intentionally rammed his car into another driver and is still allowed to finish the race and score points.
