Hypothetical question: does a race ban apply to all FIA races? Let's just say Max gets a ban (he wont), can he race Le Mans?

This is on the team. No reason to pit for hards, and then telling him to give the position up when Russell was probably originally at fault. WTF.

I didnt get this.
We did see someone get nicked for doing what Max did earlier in the race. If stewards thought he bailed early they could have hit him I guess.
