Truly wild that Logano is back in the champ 4 after last week, let alone this whole season for him.

It’s an even year…. Logano has made the final 4 every year since its inception.

Still a dumb playoff system. But wild that a guy that only made this round on a technicality will race for a title.

Its all a clown show these days

Something I noticed today. In F1 when they interview a driver not once do they mention sponsors. You get an honest answer about the car or track or racing.

In Nascar the first driver words are usually to pimp out their many sponsors. Its horrible and all you get is mostly canned replies filled with an infomercial.

Teams hire racers first in other series. Most nascar drivers are hired pitchmen who can race. That’s a problem with nascar.

There are still guys in F1 because they brought money. And in other series.

Most other series I meant. Pay drivers aren’t exclusive to nascar.

But it would be nice to see teams just hire drivers because of talent and not $$$.

That is incredible! Not only having the 8 back with the proper font, but having Budweiser on the car. Just awesome!

I would love to see him run an Xfinity Series race in the 8 with Budweiser.

I see your point but let's remember this is a 50-year-old man who's just playing around and scratching an itch running late models, might be a little much to expect him to even dive back into the Xfinity pool.

He’s been running one Xfinity Series race per year for the last several years. Usually at a short track like Richmond, Martinsville or Bristol. Finished 7th in the Xfinity Series race at Bristol about a month ago.

Also dominated the race last year before the car caught on fire and forced a DNF.

It’s the big one Elizabeth! I just saw on Facebook that NASCAR is giving Bobby Allison credit for that 1971 race he won in a Mustang at Bowman-Gray Stadium.

Call me suspicious but I’m thinking some ominous thoughts as to why they’ve decided to do it now, Bobby is 87 and has not looked good the last few times I’ve seen him.

They've fricked Bobby enough over the years.

There’s a photo of Bobby at this link receiving a plaque from Mike Helton and Jim France confirming the win. He looks 87 and feeble but time stands still for no man.

I have not seen anything from DW but he said on Scene Vault Podcast that he tried to get Bill France Jr. to do this and Bill Jr. told him it would never, ever happen. At this point in his life I don’t see why DW would lie or mislead.
