Gotta think Nascar will hold the race til Kyle gets there. They have done that before in fact just last night. They can race race really late with lights too.

At worst if Kyle is delayed too long (Indy goes late or travel weather or Trump causing delays) then Harvick or a standby can start race and Kyle gets in during. Its a 600 mile race so he’d have time to make up any loss from changing drivers in-race.

Edit: I don’t think Harvick would be the backup due to seat/size issue. But there are many drivers that could.

Here is both in cars. Ricky never hit Kyle. Kyle had a choice and overdrove the corner. Could have let up, he had198 laps of 200 to race his way forward. I think he was upset are car performance and it boiled over. We need characters like Kyle in the sport.

I did read Kyle is doing the xfinity race so if he’s suspended he still has a race. I hope no one is suspended even though it would be a double standard. Felt prior ones were overkill.

Did Ricky squeeze Rowdy close to the wall? Absolutely

You could have just stopped there instead of trying to bend yourself into a pretzel explaining it.

Stenhouse had every right to be pissed.

Sure he did. And Kyle did too. Sometimes you have to remember who you’re racing against when you chose to do a move or not do it. Stenhouse FAFO’d.

Whatever, dude. I've been a NASCAR/race fan for 30 years. I know when something is intentional and when it isn't and I know race craft and what is acceptable and what isn't. And what Stenhouse did was perfectly acceptable. Kyle just lost his shite.

Here, watch this and educate yourself. You need it

You’d think you’d give up by now since you’re still so bad at it

Yep. You got me.

Funny how you have no rebuttal to the video of the incident that I posted.Gee, wonder why? Could it be that you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about and your take on it was hilariously bad to begin with?

It was the start of the race! This happens every race. With the clown car its hard to make hay once you get past 3-4 laps and it settles down. Its always a madhouse in those first few laps.

But this was different than if after it settled down. Show me any race where its not a madhouse at start or restart. Nascar wants chaos and the starts/restarts have most of the action since car is clone.

Kyle over reacted and deserved to be punched. At same time I kinda like Kyle and his character. He’s grown on me over the years. Plus even though he did push Ricky, Ricky over corrected and hit wall. It was not that bad a push where he couldn't save it.

But Kyle fricked up and caused his own anger issue by not racing smart. He could have left less room in the middle so no one can go 3 wide. He could have backed out of 3 wide on lap 2. But he didn’t.

Gee, I wonder why that is?

Surely not because everyone’s view of what is and isn’t warranted and “clean racing” is subjective and doesn’t matter anyway.

I don’t have a problem with what either guy did, but I get why both had gripes.

If you don’t want to get wrecked don’t shove a guy into the wall and then drive slow in front of him. Smart drivers do that shite when they know they can clear the guy to give him time to cool off. Wrecky Spinhouse has never been a smart driver. Yall would probably really hit it off

That's the thing, Stenhouse didn't wall him. Kyle did that to himself.

Of course you think Kyle was right in retaliating.

The only correct thing you've said in your entire post.

Stick to giving bad takes in the Ukraine thread.

So Kyle would have gone into the wall anyway if Ricky didn’t try his move?

That’s laughably dumb

Most people saw it just that way. Frankly, Stenhouse still owes him one on the track. Just glad to see him stand up for his car. Bush was way too aggressive and wrecking him over a few dents, when passing was impossible, was a complete overreaction.

When you're in these vehicles you can feel bulletproof in the moment, facing the guy up close and personal later on requires an entirely different mindset. Like, down goes Bush.

My God!

No! Kyle going into the wall was a complete result of his overcorrection and overreaction to Stenhouse pinching him off.

You're being intentionally obtuse and/or belligerent.

I would be shocked if nothing happened either way. You know the broadcast is going to milk it any time they are even remotely close to each other.
