Mags now with 20 seconds of penalties lol. Appears that Mags was priority one at pit stop but that backfired. How can they help Hulk who has yet to stop and in 10th?

But this shows why applying a time penalty after the race is so stupid. If the penalty occurs early in the race, you are helped tremendously by having the penalty applied at the end.
