How is anyone not surprised by the Oscar penalty. Figured that was gallerias soon as I saw it. He drove into the back of him a caused a puncture.

I expected him to get a penalty, wasn’t expecting it to be a 10 second. I don’t remember anyone getting a 10 second penalty all season until last week, now we’ve already had 2 in the start of this race. Just crazy to change that up this late in the season.
