On the replay clear Max lifted, kind of silly he gets his time deleted considering the location. But that's the rules.

I like McLaren going out first. Probably strong enough in race if they start in the top 6 so don’t mess around. Just go out and lay down a lap.

Couldn't watch qualy live, just watched the replay. My random commentary:
1. Danny Ric out in Q1. In FP1 and FP2, both VCARB cars were solidly in the top 10. A graphic showed that Yuki was the best out of all of the cars in slow speed corners. I think they mentioned that VCARB got a new front wing this weekend. In FP3 both Williams displaced VCARB in the top 10, so it looked like they were going to be the strongest midfield team. But in qualy Yuki fought back and made it to Q3, while Danny Ric was out in Q1. Not a good look considering some people think Danny might be replaced very soon. Both Williams just missed out on Q3. Hulk was the standout performer of the midfield in P6! Hulk and Yuki have been tied at 22 pts for a while now. They both have an opportunity to pass Stroll, who is at 24 pts.
2. Perez, 0.9s behind Max.
3. After Sargeant, Colapinto is such a breath of fresh air. Finally Albon has a teammate who is pushing him. Too bad Colapinto doesn't have a ride for next year.
These young guys can do it and deserve a chance.
4. Ferrari, completely botching Q3.
But hey, when was the last time we saw an F1 car highside like that?
5. Lando proving once again that he is super fast over one lap. Piastri may be developing into a better racer, but he has to work harder when he's not maximizing one-lap performance.
