Yeah good for the young Czech, Swiatek looked exhausted. Do we get Zverev or will ESPN keep the focus on another ladies match? What a joke ESPN is with this coverage. Grigor aborted but it’s nice to see a SEC baw doing well.

Light-years better that NBC/Peacock's typical coverage of the French. At least ESPN has every match available on ESPN+. NBC only showed the night session and typically only had a limited number of streams on Peacock. So if you don't want to watch the boring match that's on the broadcast, you're forced to pay like $15/month for Tennis TV+.

ESPNs coverage of this has been awful. We have Norrie and Ruud in a great game and yet we are stuck watching Swiatek win the first 6-3. All week it’s been garbage coverage.

That’s because they want you to suscribe to ESPN+

I do think the sport is too much of an endurance contest now, but I don't see how to fix it.

Unfortunately the powers that be have no interest in shortening matches.

Imagine watching this Rublev/De Minaur pong match for 5 hours tonight.

Let me guess, Fritz and tsitsipas are on the same court as anisimova-sabalenka who are still only in the first set and now in a rain delay

N/m looks like they’ll be indoors and about to start thank god

Nah they are idiots but they started a doubles match 2.5 hours before the Fritzipants match so it couldn’t be screwed up.

They did manage to somehow start the Fritz + Joker matches at the same time though.

I'm pretty sure Sabalenka just said "We just like to do weird shite" on live TV in the post-match interview.

Joker is just on a different level. It’s unreal how he does this at his age…

Up 2-0 in the 3rd and can’t hold to go up 3-0 and run away with the set. If it was meaningless match he would be able to do it.

Approaching the 3-hour mark and they’re headed to a breakah in the 3rd set to see who takes a 2-1 lead.

He is a tough, fit beast and still tapped out. I read a match recap that said Rublev was concerned at the start of the fifth about cramping and just started to blast away and it demoralized DeMinaur.

3 time SEC POY for the Bulldogs. Lost in the NCAA finals in 2019.
