get the feeling Medvedev isn't a big fan of the Americans in NYC

Nah, he loves it. You should see him rile up the French crowds.

Throwing shade at the “thousand Spanish guys” yelling during his serves. “I’m happy it didn’t help them and they can go to sleep now.”

It’s going to weird watching him react to having the crowd big in his favor. I have a feeling the crowd is going to be all Med Sunday.

Weirdly it felt like Alcaraz was much better than he was today, but he damn near kicked his arse.
Med had the serve and just seemed to get to wherever Alcaraz put it.

Alcaraz did have him running everywhere though.

Carlos tried same tactics his mentor Nadal tried after 2 sets. Ran a delay to upset rhythm. Still remember the US open that Nadal beat Med. Med had Nadal and then Nadal did his whole unsportsmanlike shite.

Like playing with Cantlay is a final group. Haha

After the guy super gluing himself to,the stadium last night, I can t imagine the nut job shenanigans that will happen when a Russian and Anti Vax guy go head to head in NYC.

Med took like a 10 minute shite tonight after the third set. He was gone forever

Everyone does it. Quit whining. Fed and Sampras are the only players that didn’t, and it wasn’t really a class thing. It’s because they played fast as shite and that’s the pace they wanted

Yep. Med's serve was on another level (until the final game).

Even when Alcaraz got on a roll in the 3rd set, Med was still making him work for a lot of points.

I’m not the one playing. No one is whining. Observation and Nadal always pulled unsportsmanlike tactics.

I thought Med was getting tired through the 4th set, but he still kept going back and forth across the court.

I really am amazed at Med’s ability to move back there. His height just makes him seem slow I guess.
