He has come out of his shell on Twitter lately. I guess not being under Hendrick's shadow for the last little bit has let his true personality start to come out. Hendrick makes all of his drivers (Junior being the lone exception) tow the corporate line and be robots.

Hadn’t thought of it that way. Makes sense.

He is one of the most polarizing people in the history of the sport. No middle ground.

Can't deny his success, though. He's one of the greatest winners in sports history. He knows talent and how to cultivate it

I’d probably like the drivers if it wasn’t for him.
I’m not sold on his ability to spot and cultivate.
Maybe his ability to buy and spend. Like everything, money is the reason for winning.

Other than having to deal with living in the shadow of a legend, the concussion fallout, and having to listen to his shite head sidekick Mike Davis every day, it’s gotta be the most bad arse thing to wake up being Dale Jr.

At first I didn’t like Mike in the podcast. He’s getting better and keeps it moving along .

He lives the life.

Make him the NASCAR President sooner than later.

He does keep it moving along, and definitely makes Dale more comfortable. He’s just such a goober, interjects too much, and worships Dale. Like, I don’t want his opinion, don’t care about his personal life, and the blind defense and protection of anything an Earnhardt does gets old.
