Qualifying on FS1 now for the Cup race. The track is dirty up high . Several drivers having close calls while building speed. I’m surprised it’s dirty with the downpours they had yesterday.

Logano on the pole.

Cold and windy tomorrow.
Highs in upper 40s. Down to 28 tonight.
Reason I don’t buy tickets to this race.
Often the weather is perfect, but so unpredictable this time of year.

At least it's gonna be sunny. I can do upper 40's and sunny. Gonna be a little breezy. Winds out of the NW at about 10-11 MPH

That’s pretty chilly to watch a race. A few years ago my wife and I went to the spring race in Bristol. It was in the low 40’s all day with strong winds. We were frozen and wind burned . I’d have to pass on this one too.

Yep. No delays and perfect weather on my couch. Haha!
Nothing can be done about it but weather is the reason I don’t plan on going to races anymore.
Unless it was Phoenix, Vegas etc where bad weather isn’t as likely.

We’ve had good luck with the fall race at Talladega. The weather has been nice the last several years.

I missed that one. We get to go every couple years with my work schedule.

That’s my big issue.
I work 60 hours/week. Losing a day would suck. Haha!

Hamlin is playing checkers here. Exhibit A for the prosecution is Denny saying he did it on purpose.

There was no manipulation of the race? He cost Chastain at least 10 spots

Anybody watching XFinity race? Total shite show. Wreck fest and they just parked somebody and rather than taking it to the garage, he shut it off at the start finish line and walked to the garage.

That was awesome. I can’t believe he did that. I’m sure there will be a fine and/or penalty for that.

Guys name is Josh Williams.

That’s an all-time Atlanta moment.

Be nice if someone had paid Carl Long's fine years ago.

Guy was essentially banned from the series as he didn't have the cash to pay for an engine that measured about 1 cubic inch too big.

Make it a pack race they said
Narrow the track they said, because narrow improves racing and passing ability
