There are a lot of road courses out there that NASCAR doesn't control

Sterling Marlin was on the Dale Jr download this week. I didn't realize he was suffering from Parkinson's. He was a shell of his former self. It was rough to see him in such bad shape. :(

Really trying to ruin the sport. City road courses in these cars is dumb unless they change to smaller or different type cars but to what?

@NASCAR is in active talks to bring a race to the New York City area, per COO Steve O'Donnell, and they're also looking at possible Cup races in Denver, Seattle, Mexico, Canada, and an international series in the Middle East.

Daytona says it is now entirely sold out for this weekend's 500 on Sunday, with infield fanzone tickets and hospitality options gone alongside the previously announced grandstand seating.
The track also says that next year's race will be on February 18th, 2024.

Remember when he got out of car during red flag at D500 and pulled fender away from tire? I think that was him in Coors car?

It was Sterling. Granted the recent Dale Jr podcast was difficult to listen to but Sterling did speak about that incident and many more. I had no idea he was getting death threats after Big Dale's Accident and went to Jr for help. After Jr made a statement asking for it to stop, the threats stop entirely and immediately. I was in the camp thinking that Sterling caused the wreak.

I think it was just SS racing on last lap. And Dale SR blocking some so Junior could win. It was a product of track and last lap racing. No one is braking in last lap of D500.

Today, NASCAR launched its 75th anniversary hub page to celebrate our milestone year.
The page features a timeline of some of the most memorable moments in the sport’s history, an interactive feature where you can select your dream team from four different eras, a section that reviews each and every season dating back to 1949 and much more!

Both were obviously DEI cars in front, but I think he knew he was blocking for Michael.

Shrub will be a hard pass on the Mexico race and looks like Nascar is going after some of that F1/LIV money.
Need to as they are chasing away customers here in the US.

Street races even in F1 are generally crap. They will an absolute boring disaster in cup cars.
