I’m in Vegas now and I’d be hesitant to buy tickets other than those in front of Mirage or Billagio.
They are putting up bleachers in front of Venetian which won’t be able to see shite. You’d be across the other side of LV Blvd, blocked by median trees, and of course the fencing.

Had no idea this race was at midnight local time. It’s not like it’s super hot during the day at this time of year but holy shite it will be very cold during race time.

This season has been a real testament to how great a driver Max really is. Hard to say it's the car when RedBull rarely finishes 1-2.

Just like Hamilton was never THAT much better than everyone else during his run, verstappen isn’t THAT much better than every other driver on the grid. He might be/probably is the best driver, but he’s not so much better that any win under 10 seconds is considered a surprise.
The end of today’s race shows just how much worse Perez is than verstappen.

Perez is just really that bad. Like really really bad. Bottas is extremely middle if the road and managed to show up each race against Hamilton. Can't think of the last time that there has been this much of a gap.
And Max is good, really good. Up there with the best ever. Sergio is just really shite.

The bottas example is very appropriate. In the clear best car on the grid, though never with as large of a gap to the rest as the last 2 years, he consistently battled for poles, led races, and won more than a few. Basically what Perez did for the first few races this year. After Miami he’s been a non-factor for the most part.

Sergio did well in a nothing race at the end of the year when no one cared. I have never seen him truly out drive his car or his teammate.
