Max’s radio after the race

Verstappen: Who put him(George) into the wall?

GP: on his own

Verstappen: Oh, ok

Honestly, all 3 top teams got their strategy right based on what they could get out of the car. Besides George crashing, each team maximized points imo.

Hamilton would have won if he didn't have a turd in front of him those last 15 laps.

I don’t think Carlos was going to lose. He had more in the tank but knew he needed Lando around to hold them off as long as he could. Merc was starting to lose the mediums too. They were racing really hard those last 10. And Hamilton was only on his arse the last 3-4 laps.

Which 3, assuming just this race as in Ferrari, McLaren, and Merc, bc def wasn’t RB. Had they gone on tire strategy with rest, prob would have come in 4, maybe even a 3.

Bad bet to think wouldn’t be a yellow or red inside of first 30-40 laps to start on Hards.

Merc had the right strategy.

George just couldn't finish.

What a race?! Happy the streak has ended, happy for Ferrari/McLaren and that pair of black Mercs coming for Sainz with 10 laps left seemed inevitable. Super smart of Carlos to let Lando in on the DRS to help fend off Mercedes.
