After Game 1, I am incredibly impressed by the team commitment to defense.
They have shut the Oilers down while still playing their offensive game.
Francouz was outstanding tonight, just hope Kadri can get back in there next game.

If he is anything less than 100% you give him the four days rest. Hopefully Toronto does what is right and suspends Kane anyway.

I was hoping this was going to be a long series. But I stated multiple times the Oilers are never winning anything with these goalies.

Smith is not the reason they're in this hole. He's been fantastic entirety of Game 3, and all but 3 minutes of Game 2.

And plenty of other moments throughout the playoffs for him. I think hes done well enough to keep starter. Backup did a great job in game 1.
It’s not like Avs have had world level keeping either - I think they should stick with Francouz.

He absolutely should be, but you never know with Toronto. It’s sad when Goodell is more consistent with discretionary punishment than the NHL

Buddy boy has a hearing with Player Safety. If they wanted to use his history and Game 2 conduct, he could be done for the series. But gotta think some suspension is coming
