They run the Chili Bowl indoors. Can't imagine how loud that is.
A roof over a real track? Not likely to ever happen. Look for the football game played at Bristol to get an idea how much larger that would be than any other domed stadium.

I doubt it too. It just sparked my curiosity, for a short track, maybe not fully domed but a roof canopy isn’t that far fetched.

The chili bowl isn’t extremely loud. Of course the engines are much smaller and not as many running at the same time. The dust can be brutal during the mains.
