Yeah I dont much care since DJ and Rudd are gone and Yates is no more.

Just an interesting race is all I care about really.

I gravitated to Penske when Yates sold out.

Blaney is my favorite driver but I pull for any of the Fords.

Interestingly, I've never been a Roush fan but will pull for them since Kez moved over.

Saw this on Reddit:

I don't really have a favorite driver anymore. I was always a Dale Jarrett and then Tony Stewart fan. When Smoke retired, I never picked up a new driver. I mostly just have drivers I root against like Hamlin and Logano.

I've grown on the Busch brothers. Used to hate both, now I like them both, especially Kurt. I like Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott alright. I like Blaney. I like Briscoe. I used to like Bubba Wallace, but after the incident at Talladega, he just seems so full of himself now.

Yeah, the Ford Quality Care/Ford Credit scheme was a thing of beauty. DJ also had a great mullett/mustache look back in those days. Man, this takes me back to being a kid in the peak of NASCAR.

Wait, Dale Jarrett paint schemes? RACE THE TRUCK, DALE!
This really was one of the more clever marketing campaigns of the 2000's Youtube video of qualifying the truck

CobraCommander has inspired me to post some throwback 90s paint schemes.

Loved every single one of those commercials. I remember in 2008 when he was retiring his last event was the All-Star race. He took the truck for a lap around the track before the race. Twas epic. I love DJ, and am proud that I was in attendance at Talladega in 2005 for his final win.

Truex is my main driver, but I like the Penske guys and as a team SHR even though I'm not a Ford guy.

I don't see how people like Chase Elliot. The only trait about him that brings people in is who his dad was, other than that hes a stick in the mud

Robert Yates' last win as a team owner as well.

THIS COMMERCIAL I always thought was awesome - UPS' commercial for Dales last race, and they brought in other drivers for it as well - including Elliott Sadler who was his teammate in the 38 at RYR but was in the 19 Dodge for Evernham after the RYR collapse.

I don't have a main guy that I cheer for. I only usually watch the big superspeedway races and usually develop someone that I am rooting for as the race goes.

Except for Bubba Wallace. frick that guy.

After the two Kyles, he has the most raw driving talent in the garage. His talent has been obvious since he was a kid racing(and winning) go-karts in the Smokey Mountain foothills of North Georgia and it just progressed from there.

His dad was never the most forward guy either. It was his"aw shucks"(which Chase also has) personality and tendency to go fast that drew people to him. This is the same guy who went and hid under his car after losing the Coke 600 b/c he was so embarrassed and didn't wanna face the media

Just off the top of my head, give me the Kyles, Hamlin, Harvick, Logano, and Kurt. Of less proven guys I would say Reddick is definitely more talented (because hes one of the most talented guys in the whole garage) and you could probably convince me up and coming guys like Cindric, Briscoe, Bell, and Byron are at least comparable.

For being such a raw talent, I never go into a race that isn't at a road course and think hes much of a threat at all to win it compared to other guys in similar level equipment. Even on the road courses, when he has been in cars that Gus didn't set up he didn't exactly kill it, even in Xfinity.

Cindric is gonna hopefully give Chase a run for his money on the road courses this year. Of course with the new car, a lot will depend on which teams get the set up right.

Have to second this. The kid has definitely started to get comfortable. Towards the end of the season last year he was up front more often than not while his teammate in similar equipment was mid pack or worse. He reminds me a lot of another CA dirt track guy that was able to run out front in a second tier car. I think with some of the playing field leveling this year Reddick gets 2-3 wins this year, and has the talent to push for a spot in Phoenix on the final weekend.
