Byron just got his points back for Texas. Penalty overturned.
Nascar going to take an L for this decision in the fanbase and the drivers IMO.

If he really wants to cause a stir he should just wreck the leader in Phoenix late in the race then retire in the post race interview and not even acknowledge anything happened 
But then it’s hard to give any safety concerns you bring up much credence when you start wrecking guys on purpose.
