I'm really surprised how much they are allowing before throwing cautions. Did they intentionally change their standards for "just letting them go" or is this odd to anyone else?

Is he though? If it was anyone else than him you’d say something different. I mean Logano was pinned so he either guns or gets ran over. That started way before Logano went cutting
