My new favorite gif.

If this was Haas of 3 weeks ago I wouldn't give a shite. Nikita-less Haas is a MUCH more likeable Haas. I hope they can improve greatly.

Again, the mix of cars is exciting…. Not seeing the 2/2/2/2 like previous years

Well I think the RBR and Ferrari are very similarly matched. LeClerc was .087 off but his run was on the 5th lap where Max was on his 3rd lap since Charles got balked on his first hot lap.

I still don't know where Merc is but HAM didn't have a good day.

ETA McLaren still having reliability issues which is really not good.

Part of HAM's issue was a malfunctioning DRS system, but he was bouncing like a San Diego low rider.

Pretty clear Haas should have a solid midfield car, at least for the first half of the season.

Williams is a total pig

Ferrari looking legit so far, can’t wait for quals! Would be stoked to see haas get on the board in race 1

Didn't max get the pole last year at 1:28? I didn't think the new cars would be that much slower

***Max went 1:31.3 in FP1 last year so I guess it's comparable

Will be interesting to see how they hold up in the first race…. Already a number of teams with issues after only a handful of laps.

How has Williams screwed it up so badly again? Shouldn't they have had a ton of development time based on their constructor's finishing order? Really hoping HAAS can get back to a solid midfield performance.

Can't wait for quali!

Worried about Mclaren this year. DR is my favorite driver but he was slow as shite last year. If he doesn’t turn it around I wouldn’t doubt if Mclaren moved on

Guessing: It looks like they followed the Mercedes approach of the super slim sidepods and maybe that's not the concept they all thought it would be.

I too expected them to atleast improve a little with the extra money they have plus all the new blood in the team.

5 of the top 10 are Ferrari powered.

Seems to be a good sign.

It would be nice if they would give him a car that would run long enough for him to actually get used to the new car. Brake issues and coolant leaks are making Macca look like amateurs. It is almost as sad as seeing Williams as a backmarker.
