12.5ish a year for Corey Davis is an awfully good deal

The #broncos are giving RB Phillip Lindsay the low tender. He’ll get some attention. Broncos can match. But his work ethic and drive will be welcomed in any locker room.

Seems like an odd move not to atleast tender him for a higher tender. It’s dirt cheap

If the Saints win 10 games next year Sean Payton deserves coach of the year.

There’s no limit if there’s an eligible player for it. You tender for RFA, which are players whose rookie contracts came up, but they don’t have enough time served to reach free agency, so they are restricted in their ability to move teams based on the level they get tended at, which is the teams choice.

It’s not the same thing as a tag, which you only get 1 of.

Trey Hendrickson to the Bengals

For the #Bengals and pass-rusher Trey Hendrickson, it’s a 4-year deal worth $60M with $32M in the first 2 years, per @NSAFootball.

Former Titans’ WR Corey Davis reached agreement on a three-year, $37.5 million deal that includes $27 million guaranteed with the New York Jets, per sources.

Davis needs to fire his agent. His career is over and with New York taxes he likely could have earned equal or more than that with another team.

That’s two guys who could have gotten more money from better teams. What the hell is the Jets GM telling these guys??

Now that he’s off the board, I can’t wait until Denver adds Andy Dalton.
