What a Mickey Mouse race that was.

I honestly don’t care if Bubba wins. I just don’t want to hear them rehash that whole noose story again. When it was more of a massive misunderstanding than a story.

And here goes NBC rehashing the noose story. Again, I have no issue with an African-American winning in NASCAR. That’s great. But why does it have to be about a story that was really a misunderstanding rather than an actual racially motivated act?

Do you feel this was a legit win or something else involved? I don't care if he won but just do want it to be something that is correct. I do hope that Jordan gets some push out of this also.

If it keeps raining he deserves the win, everybody knew the clock was ticking so they probably weren't going to make it to the checkered flag. But it's only 3 o'clock and the racetrack is on the northern edge of the big rain band so if they call it early then the rain stops, that would be bullshite.

I would feel it was legit. He made the move to take the lead, got the lead, and was in the lead when there was a wreck that brought out the caution. Then the rain came during said caution.

We need to have the talk about starting some of these races so late in the south where there’s a chance of rain every afternoon.
Additionally, if they call it I think Bubba deserves the win but it’s going to be insufferable for the next couple weeks.

Bubba seems like a good guy. A lot of fans don’t like him because of the garage deal along with the rebel flag deal. If he doesn’t feel comfortable, then he has every right to express that. The problem is that the media and NASCAR blew it into a political PR stunt.

You know there will be a huge media uproar about it. Celebrating how Bubba won at the track that tried to hang em last year. Already seeing tweets from media about how is car is stopped near the same spot all drivers pushed it to last year for the photo op.
