fricking dealing Dell get on the phone, Tucker would be awesome
Would have to dump some salary though.

Maybe age of the team? Less pressure? About all I can come up with.

Younger team, probably a different environment, who knows
Just spitballing

Can someone who's non-biased please explain to me what might make Phoenix more attractive to Aldridge than San Antonio?
I am very biased towards PHX and even I think it would be dumb of him to pick us over SA.
The only thing I could see is - He can be THE guy and create a legacy in PHX if he wins since we've never won before. It would be more special than the shite ton of championships y'all have won. Also, he wouldn't have to live in the shadow of the greatest PF to ever play the game.
But I think that's a bad reason for him to pick PHX over SA.

I mean, Duncan is old, but Aldridge would supposed to basically be his successor so I'm not sure why that matters that much. If it's because he doesn't want to play under pressure, I don't want him here

Same type of atmosphere as Portland with a better team. Phoenix>>>>>San Antonio

This is just drawing it out too much now. Definitely likes the attention.
Guess if they snagged him that Wade would have to look elsewhere. Also, does that say something on their feelings with Bosh's health?

the suns are an underrated team. they are a star away from being legit.
they have a good point guard, a good coach, they have depth, they have cap space and they are young as frick
I always thought lebron should have taken phoenix more seriously last summer. he could have created a dynasty there. they had dragic at the time too

So you trade a player you committed to long term last offseason for a two-year younger version of the same guy. Unless they think this blood clot thing can come back, I just don't see why

That would be one hell of a starting 5...with absolutely zero bench

Bosh was also super loyal to come back. He chose Miami over a better basketball situation in Houston.
